Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is situated in a bustling area, offering proximity to the Egyptian Museum and various facilities, but noise from the street can be a disturbance. The rooms are spacious and clean. The service is exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist guests. The location is ideal for exploring the city, with major attractions nearby. The dining experience is satisfactory but could improve its serving hours. Overall, a decent option for its value in a central location.
The hotel's rooms, each themed with a different god or goddess name, are exceptionally neat and clean, providing a spacious and divine stay with a view of the Cairo Museum. The service is top-notch with courteous and friendly staff, particularly Noura from housekeeping, always ready to assist. However, the limited dining options, serving a simple breakfast in the room, could be improved.
Staying in this hotel felt like stepping back into an Agatha Christie movie. The second-floor room was a delightful and beautiful retreat, offering a clean and comfortable stay. The service was top-notch, especially from Doaa the receptionist and Noura the housekeeper, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the heart of downtown Cairo with a stunning view of the museum. The dining experience was satisfactory, with tasty options that offered good value for money. Overall, a charming place with a few minor areas for improvement.
